Staying at the hotel on Via Gesu was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy but sometimes felt too small, and the overall condition was a bit worn down. The service had its ups and downs, with super friendly staff but occasional rudeness in requests. The location was excellent for shopping and dining, nestled in the center of Milan on a quiet street in a beautiful garden. The dining experience in the hotel's garden was delightful, and the facilities overall were satisfactory.
